Steps for Returning
1. In the return sections, www.thetidkes.com/returnpolicy fill in the reason for the return.
2. After submitting the reason, the decision would be confirmed by the management and sent to the customer.
3. After receiving the confirmation. Make sure the tag, labels, accessories, freebies everything that has been given is intact before thoroughly packing the product.

5. After thoroughly packing the product, let us know so that we will arrange for an executive to pick up the product from the customer’s address
6. After receiving the product in a sellable condition, payment would be done within 14 working days

While returning the product the shipping cost would be bared by the customer and the differential amount would be paid back. Most of our products are charged volumetric because of the dimensions by the courier company and are costlier than the regular weight charge
